Ever since I was a little girl I had a passion for photography. I was given my first camera at the age of nine. It didn’t take me long to realise that I could see things in my surroundings that others could not. I truly believe you are born with an eye for photography but there is so much more to photography than being artistic and having and eye. The technical side is something you have to learn.
Lee-Ann Wilson Photography was established in 2001. After 3 years of study, I graduated with my Diploma of Photography in 2003 and left my job in the medical industry to dedicate all of my time to building up my business.
My home based business was located in Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast until 2009, when my husband and I relocated to Bundaberg. Even though the move meant that I had to virtually start my business from scratch, I feel it has been a great step forward for me as I now have a wonderful studio in town and my clients can drop in at anytime to discuss their photography requirements and view albums, wall prints etc.
My Diploma of Photography has given me the training to be able to photograph anything within the Photographic industry, from weddings, family portraits, newborns, children and boudoir to commercial. Every shoot that I do is personalised for my client.
